With a live Christmas tree in each cottage or guest house equipped with lights for your family to string, a crackling fire, long walks in the forest, the joy of being with family in a “low-tech” setting, activities that connect among generations, and a delicious holiday menu, Christmas at Kanuga is an experience like no other.
Christmas at Kanuga Package Rates are based upon an all-inclusive fee. Lodging, meals, and programming are all included. Accommodation rates will be provided when you call to make your reservation.
Deposit/Payments: Please have a credit card available to confirm your reservation at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival, your entire payment will be refunded. If you cancel 14 days or fewer prior to your arrival, no refund will be issued.

Please note: We are happy you are here and ask that you please be patient with us. The turn-over time for housekeeping is very tight. To allow time for our hard-working and understaffed housekeeping team to do their important tasks efficiently, please honor the 4 p.m. lodging check-in and 10 a.m. lodging check-out times.
Dining Room Seating: Dining room seating will be “open seating.” There will not be assigned family tables. All dining times will be 1.5 hours to allow ample time for families to gather and enjoy breaking bread together.
Meals: We will serve three buffet style meals daily in our dining rooms, with options for outdoor dining at tables or picnic locations around the dining room area. Our team has planned wonderful meals for your stay.
Breakfast: 7:30-9 a.m.
Lunch: 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Supper: 5:30-7 p.m.
Sunday Brunch: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Kanuga will provide activities to keep the whole family entertained and spiritually enriched this Christmas. Crafts, worship, evening programs, bonfires and s’mores, and other special events are on the schedule. We hope that you will also take time to reconnect with friends and family, relax, renew, and rejuvenate your spirit.

Christmas community worship includes evening prayer, Lessons & Carols, Christmas Eve eucharist, and Christmas Day eucharist. We hope you will also make use of Kanuga’s outdoor areas for personal worship and contemplation, including the Labyrinth, St. Francis Chapel, and the Meditation Garden.
