MTOS Dates & Rates

Book an educational outdoor adventure for your class!

Mountain Trail Outdoor School operates during the school year, August-November and February-May. While most schools visit us during the normal school week Monday–Friday, arrangements can be made for weekend visits.

Residential School & Youth Group Rates*

Rates include lodging, meals, and programming** and are per person. Rates are the same for students and adults; however, one adult is free for every ten paid students.

2-Day Program (1 Night Lodging & 4 Meals)	$140 / person
3-Day Program (2 Nights Lodging & 7 Meals)	$215 / person
4-Day Program (3 Nights Lodging & 10 Meals)	$300 / person
5-Day Program (4 Nights Lodging & 13 Meals)	$405 / person

*There is an additional $5 charge per person per day for each weekend day (Saturday/Sunday) of your visit.

**Naturalist and Storytelling evening programs and off-site programming require additional fees. Please contact us to inquire about pricing for those particular programs.

Discuss possible dates with your school. Please determine at least three sets of possible dates.
Discuss curriculum and program planning with your school. Determine your group’s goals for the trip and which courses best fit your group’s skills and age.
Contact Mountain Trail Outdoor School at mtos@kanuga.org to make a reservation. Please have three possible dates and the estimated number of students and chaperones.
