Food Service

Meals at Kanuga are served in one of our three adjacent dining rooms in the Inn. The Dietz Dining Room seats 224, the West Dining Room 104 and the Stephens Dining Room 96. Tables of eight provide ample opportunity for conversation.

Traditionally, breakfast is served buffet-style at 8 a.m., with selections from French toast to grits to fruit. Lunch is served family style at 12:30 p.m., with a salad bar and soup, and supper is served family style at 6 p.m. Friday supper is a buffet served at 6-7:30 p.m. Sunday lunch is served family style at 12 noon.
