Enrollment
We're ready to go!
The traditional Trailblazer Adventure program is open to 16-year-olds and to those who have passed their 15th birthday prior to the first day of the session in which they are enrolled. Previous camping experience is helpful but not necessary. Because the program is challenging and does include eight days of sometimes difficult hiking, good physical condition is essential. Desire and enthusiasm for this kind of experience is also necessary.
The Paddle and Pack program is open to veteran Trailblazers age 16.
With such heavy emphasis on training and developing leadership skills, the program is highly recommended for those desiring to be Junior Counselors at Camp Kanuga the following summer. It is also recommended for those who will hold responsible student positions in their schools during the next academic year.
Each session enrollment is limited to 16, preferably eight males and eight females, making early registration advisable.
