Create Medication Labels

Instructions

  1. Select your session.
    (after you have printed the output you can use the Back button on your browser to return to the form and select another session or a stay-over period without re-keying the medication data)
  2. Enter camper's name.
  3. Enter medication(s) and dose for each time period.
    (please limit length to the viewable box - 4 lines of 29 characters,
    you can copy and paste from box to box)
  4. Press Build Medication Labels button to create the page(s) of labels.
  5. Print onto plain paper (full page labels can also be used if available).
  6. Cut into individual slips by day/time.
  7. Insert each label into or on a small clear zip lock bag.
  8. Put appropriate medication into each bag and seal.
  9. Package all small bags into one large zip lock with the camper's name clearly labeled.
