Session 4

Well it has a been a HOT Session 4 so far. We've had a few days now of heat in the high 90s but the campers are enjoying a cool rain shower today.
The campers just returned from their first campout which was a big success. Tonight is a music performance by Fran McKendree and so the Fox Building will be louder than ever! We are really looking forward to 10 more days of awesome fun. Off to play!

Off to a great start!

Well Session 3 is off to a wonderful start...
  • Sunday Shine rocked as usual. Tania and the gang were there to lead us in songs.
  • Our 4th of July celebration was awesome. We had the Patriot Games as our evening program (see picture above) with a fireworks display closing out the night.
  • Last night was our first campout. It rained...as usual!
  • Tomorrow is rafting day for our 13, 14, and 15 year olds. I can tell they are looking forward to it.

Can't wait for the rest of Session 3.

Did you know that this is my 16th year attending Session 3??? Geez I am getting old!

The camp nurse is IN

One particularly exciting event happened during Session 2 -- the camp nurses FINALLY got to move into their new home. Camp EMT Michaela and nurses Susan and Tracy are really happy about that!

Below, Michaela organizes medical supplies in one of the spacious new rooms. Now treating those bug bites and sprained ankles will be a cinch!

Time flies when you're having fun!

Session 2 has come and gone already? What?

Here are the campers who made the last two weeks an exciting blur.
