ACA Accredited

Camp Kanuga is accredited by the American Camp Association. The ACA is a community of camping professionals that seeks to support and improve the operations of camps and to be a leader in child development. The standards they set serve as a teaching tool for camp owners and directors related to program quality, safety and effective operating procedures and policies.
Camp Kanuga also maintains an A sanitation grade by the North Carolina Board of Health. Many members of camp staff are certified in first aid and CPR.
